Avraham Eisen is an entrepreneur and executive in the social-business field. Throughout his career, he has managed, initiated, and led dozens of ventures across the country. Alongside their social impact, the various ventures were geared towards economic stability and relied on partnerships with the government, the social sector and investors. This way they were able to create organizational resilience that could stand the test of time.
Over the years, Avraham has significantly increased the scope of activity in the organizations with which he worked, developing professional teams and winning tenders and grants from funds and government ministries in the sum of millions of shekels. Besides his professional work, Avraham plays a major role in strengthening the resilience of the IDF reserve system,
as the content director of the Pakal program that promotes social cohesion in reserve units.
As part of this program, Avraham works with dozens of reserve units to bolster their sense of community, and thus helping them accomplish their operational tasks.
In his coaching and development processes, he brings with him over a decade of managerial experience, on a massive budgetary and organizational scale; as well as the theoretical knowledge he acquired in master's in public policy at the Hebrew University. In addition, Avraham loves to study and enrich his world with courses, seminars and leadership programs.
Avraham is a graduate of the Mandel Foundation's Leadership and Empowerment programs, and the Merhavim Institute’s leadership program for developing partnerships.
His experience and education lead the organizations he works with to boost their resilience by establishing income anchors, strengthening the personnel’s sense of mission, and enlisting additional partners to fulfill the organizational vision: investors, funds, government ministries and the business sector. The combination of these three components helps organizations meet their goals and achieve economic and organizational resilience.
When he is not engaged in consulting, developing new initiatives or serving in reserve duty, Avraham likes to run medium distances. He also has a blog – where he recommends and reviews books, podcasts and Netflix series; and writes for various sites about the topics of meaning in the new world of employment, Jewish renewal and education. And from time to time he goes out to nature with his family to see the blossom and give thanks for its abundance.
